These lashes were terrible. The magnetic blocks make it impossible to curve with your eyelid. The packaging was fine and compact, but it didn’t come with a case as they imply it will be. Not only after I purchased did they offer me to “upgrade” to add a case.

When trying to return, their admin team took forever to respond, then said due to the high cost of shipping they would offer me a 15% refund automatically and I did not have to pay for shipping to return them. I told them I wanted a full refund and they insisted over and over that I not pay the cost of shipping and that even if I did send them, they would have to inspect the lashes to deem them unused and worthy of a refund. I took the risk and send them anyway. I got a tracking number and everything so they could claim they were lost. They took forever to respond again and now are saying the box was damaged (hello…postal service!) and that they can only offer me a 30% refund. I’m arguing with them now. I guess they can’t afford a new box to put their crappy product in. The product was definitely not damaged.

it also seems they have taken advertising videos from other lash companies. Maybe this is common? I’m not sure. But they are definitely shady and unprofessional and I don’t want anyone else to go through what I dealt with.
